DELIVERY & TERMS

GISBORNE LOCAL DELIVERY - $10.00

Orders need to be received by 2pm Monday - Friday, 10:30am Saturday for same day delivery in Gisborne. For rural deliveries please refer to our rural delivery guide and cut off times for same day delivery.

Delivery charge in Gisborne is $10 when ordering over the phone or on our website.

​

Guaranteed delivery to schools by 3pm, workplaces by 5pm, home addresses by 6pm.

​

Should your order arrive late, a refund of $10 shall be given.

​

Due to volumes of orders we cannot guarantee specific time deliveries, but are happy for you to suggest either am or pm delivery. Please feel free to call us to discuss a particular time delivery and we will do our very best.

GISBORNE RURAL AREAS & DELIVERY GUIDE - $15.00

Ormond, Hexton, Manutuke, Makauri.

Delivery days: Mon-Sat
Order required: Day before

 

We are unable to deliver on Sundays – with the exception of Mothers Day.

GISBORNE EAST COAST DELIVERY - $20.00

Makorori, Tolaga Bay, Tokomaru Bay, Ruatoria, Tikitiki, Te Araroa, Mangatuna.

Does not deliver to: Port Awanui, Tuparoa, Whareponga, Waipiro Bay, Anaura Bay, Waihau Bay.

For our 'East Coast' deliveries we use Cooks Courier. They don't go off the beaten track and run only from Gisborne to Te Araroa stopping only at a drop off depot in each township at one main shop on the State Highway 35. Please call for us directly further advice if required.

Please call us if you would like a 'Nationwide Delivery'.

 

SHOP PICK UP

Should you require to pick up your order from the our shop choose option 'Shop pick up' when you are on the cart page, please advise the shop’s name, time and date to collect.

NOBODY IS HOME

Our driver makes one delivery. Should the recipient not be home, we will leave your flowers in a safe place and put the flowers in a container of water. To avoid delivery charges we require correct addresses.
